When you sign the contract you pay one month of deposit and one month in advance. We rent to individuals and companies, and we will tell you which documents you need for your case.

A 1–2 bedroom apartment usually fits in about 10 m², and a 3-bedroom house in about 20 m².

We have 24/7 security, alarm, monitored cameras and an electric fence. We have operated for 15 years without a single security incident.

Yes. The spaces have air conditioning, which protects furniture, documents and equipment from the heat and humidity of the coast.

Flammable or explosive materials, perishable food, animals and any illegal substance. We give you the full list when you sign.

Yes. We have a freight elevator and staff to help with loading and unloading.

Yes. We receive merchandise from central Venezuela so you can redistribute it across the eastern states. We also store goods for one night or a few days.
