Are the units climate-controlled?
Yes. The units are air-conditioned, which protects furniture, documents and electronics from the heat and coastal humidity.
How secure is the facility?
We have 24/7 security, alarm, monitored cameras and an electric fence. We have operated for 15 years with zero security incidents.
Can you help me load and unload?
Yes. We have a freight elevator and on-site staff to help with loading and unloading.
What do I need to rent a unit?
When you sign the contract you pay one month of security deposit and one month in advance. We rent to individuals and companies; contact us and we will tell you which documents you need.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
